Ambas!
Me gusta ir variando....
I went both... me personally I'm just a pimple on the bum of the 3D world but I try an vary what I do, there's no common theme, well there is now as I'm doing game art lol But I think its good to be able to chop and change and have a couple of projects on the go rather than focus on just one.
Indeed TENEBRARUM is just one of the projects I have. I'm just developing right now. Also I have in mind a review of the world of DUNE. Besides a small selection of monsters busts made in zbrush and other more traditional scenes SCIFI spacecraft fantasy scenarios. there are many projects ... but it always starts with one. thanks for writing.
NOTICE - Please note i am not being rude, angery, or hateful to angelitoon. I am not sure if any of his watchers do this but many like to add a feeling to my text while reading and cause this is a critique of his style they love to assume i am being a stuck up dick about it. So again read it with a calm mind and some admiration towed angelitoon's work and not that i want him to go to hell
I sorta feel like a few of them almost become fantasy due to the melee weapons they use which seem very low tech and made with old style forging. Automatons where used in many fantasy games so sometime when you add a melee weapon or make the armor look heavy they seem to be tilting to more of a fantasy style rather than a sci-fi style. A lot of them look older and heavier unlike sci-fi which shows a more fluid high tech and new feel or shows a smoother mechanical one to word it another way and view.
I do like "The Crypt" and "Witch" cause they both have that feel of dark sci-fi in them.

In my experience you can't always do the same work, sometimes a change is needed, then you start again with new energy.
